Miramar is pleased to announce that Miramar IOS Partners has closed on the acquisition of a 4.19 stabilized IOS project located in Fort Worth, Texas. The project is leased for ~10 years to SRS Distribution, Inc., a Texas-based distributor of roofing materials and building products which was recently acquired by The Home Depot.
