As part of our Industrial Outdoor Storage strategy, Miramar Capital Advisors is pleased to announce that we have completed construction of 1899 Western Way, a 30k square foot industrial development project situated on a 4-acre site in Torrance, CA. The project features 11 dock-high doors, a 4k amp service (2.5 MW), and ample secure yard space intended for tenants with outdoor storage needs.
