Key accomplishments include forging 𝟯 𝗻𝗲𝘄/𝗲𝘅𝗽𝗮𝗻𝗱𝗲𝗱 𝗷𝗼𝗶𝗻𝘁 𝘃𝗲𝗻𝘁𝘂𝗿𝗲𝘀 with incredible capital partners, executing 𝟮𝟰 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗽𝗲𝗿𝘁𝘆 𝗮𝗰𝗾𝘂𝗶𝘀𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗿𝗲𝗰𝗮𝗽𝗶𝘁𝗮𝗹𝗶𝘇𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝘀, refinancing 5 𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗶𝘃𝗶𝗱𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗹𝗼𝗮𝗻𝘀, completing 𝟮 𝗺𝗮𝗷𝗼𝗿 𝗰𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝘂𝗰𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗷𝗲𝗰𝘁𝘀, and strategically selling one asset.
