Aaron Dinkin

Before joining Miramar Capital, Aaron worked on the Acquisitions team at Heitman Capital Management, a global real estate investment manager. At Heitman, he underwrote and executed acquisitions across the industrial, IOS, office, medical, and retail sectors on behalf of the firm’s commingled funds and separate accounts. His responsibilities included preparing investment committee materials, conducting due diligence, and performing financial analysis throughout the investment process. Prior to Heitman, Aaron interned at Copper Beech Real Estate Capital, an entrepreneurial real estate investment firm. There, he underwrote value-add and opportunistic real estate investments across multiple property types and supported asset management initiatives. Aaron holds a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate and Urban Land Economics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison.
