Grady Carter

Prior to joining Miramar Capital, Grady Carter was the Accounting Manager for Westwood Financial, a real estate company that has invested in retail properties for over 50 years. At Westwood Financial, Carter handled the financial accounting and reporting for a portfolio consisting of over 70 properties as well as other joint ventures that were consolidated within the company financials. He assisted the CFO and Controller with multiple projects and played a major role in the annual audit. Previously, Carter was a Senior Property Accountant for Jones Lang LaSalle where he provided full cycle accounting for a mall over a million square feet and nearly a hundred tenants. Mr. Carter received a B.A in Business Economics from the University of California Riverside. He is an active CPA.
