Justin Zakariaie

Prior to joining Miramar, Justin was a Senior Analyst at Tides Equities, where he supported the oversight of more than 10,000 Class B apartment units across Texas, Nevada, and Arizona, totaling over $1.5 billion in value. He was responsible for developing and maintaining performance models, conducting asset-level underwriting on transactions ranging from $25 million to $105 million, and playing a key role in business plan execution. In addition to his work on the asset management side, he built internal systems and property-level files to enhance reporting accuracy, improve portfolio tracking, and support more data-driven asset-level decision-making.

Justin earned his Bachelor of Science in Real Estate Development from the University of Southern California, where he graduated with a 3.8 GPA and was recognized on the Dean’s List. While at USC, he conducted applied research through the Lusk Center for Real Estate, modeling complex commercial and residential development case studies in the $30 million to $100 million range. He also served as a student-athlete tutor for advanced finance courses, helping peers navigate underwriting frameworks, investment analysis, and real estate capital markets. Justin brings a strong foundation in financial analysis and a hands-on understanding of real estate operations to his role at Miramar.
