Sallar Tahbaz is an Associate at Miramar Capital focused on acquisitions and asset management
Prior to joining Miramar Capital, Sallar worked at Prologis, a real estate investment trust specializing in the ownership, development, and management of industrial properties around the world. At Prologis, Sallar was responsible for underwriting new investment opportunities and preparing memorandums for the Investment Committee. He covered both industrial and data center sectors, with a particular emphasis on the industrial markets in Southern California.
Before his role at Prologis, Sallar interned at Link Logistics, Blackstone’s industrial portfolio company, and at Harbor Associates, a firm specializing in acquiring value-add office and industrial assets. At both firms, he underwrote new investment opportunities and assisted with asset management efforts.
Sallar has a degree in Business Administration with an emphasis in Real Estate Finance from the University of Southern California.
