Valerie Yuan is an Acquisitions Analyst at Miramar Capital
Before joining Miramar Capital, Valerie worked at Junson Capital, a private equity real estate investment firm with a diverse portfolio encompassing real estate, public markets, and alternative investments. At Junson Capital, she focused on underwriting new real estate investment opportunities in the hotel and student housing sectors, conducting cash flow and refinancing analyses for existing debt, and evaluating exit strategies for non-performing assets.
Prior to her role at Junson Capital, Valerie was part of Westpine Partners, the investment arm of Westmont Hospitality Group, where she concentrated on the development of multifamily products and spearheaded fundraising efforts.
Valerie holds an M.S. in Real Estate Finance and Investments from New York University and a B.A. in Business Economics, with a minor in Entrepreneurship, from the University of California, Los Angeles.
