Miramar Capital Advisors closed on the acquisition of a 4.5-acre IOS property in Phoenix, AZ. The site is located in an infill area of southwest Phoenix, near the 202 Loop and directly south of I-10. The property has a 3k sf office building and 4+ acres of excess land with a combination of concrete paving and gravel.
