Miramar Capital Advisors closed on the acquisition of a 4-building, 264k SF light industrial portfolio in Scottsdale, AZ with an institutional investor. The portfolio is located within the Pima Center and is 100% occupied by 15 unique tenants with a weighted average lease term of ~3 years.
Miramar is looking to acquire additional multi-tenant industrial assets throughout growing markets in the Southeast & Southwest US.
