Miramar Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the continued growth of its BTR platform with two new acquisitions in the Nashville MSA: Harts Branch, a 167-unit townhome community in Smyrna, TN and Legends Townhomes Phase 1, comprised of 56 units in Lebanon, TN. Both properties feature brand new construction purchased at completion on forward contracts. With increased scale across the region, Miramar has formally established an in-house property management arm, Reliance Management Solutions to manage the BTR portfolio. Miramar plans to continue expanding its presence in the BTR space in 2026, focusing on forward contracts and newer vintage product primarily in Tennessee and the Carolinas.
