Miramar Capital Advisors is proud to have completed the construction of a 144-unit community called Mountain View Whisman at the Sevens, designated for affordable housing exclusively for Mountain View Whisman School District teachers and staff and City of Mountain View staff. This project will have access to the best-in-class open space and amenities at Miramar’s Sevens community, a 572-unit market rate community adjacent to it at 777 W. Middlefield.
This was an innovative and creative 7-year collaboration between the community, the City of Mountain View, Mountain View Whisman School District, and Miramar Capital Advisors to deliver affordable housing close to the jobs of MVWSD teachers and staff and City of Mountain View staff.
