Miramar Capital Completes Acquisition of Stevens Creek Promenade in San Jose, CA

Miramar Capital, in partnership with Machine Investment Group, is
pleased to announce the acquisition of Stevens Creek Promenade
from a Joint Venture between Colony Capital and Fortbay. The
Property is well located at 4300-4400 Stevens Creek Boulevard in
San Jose, CA.

Stevens Creek Blvd. The Property provides approximately 700 feet
