Today, Miramar Industrial Partners, a premier full service real estate investment and development company, announced the formation of Miramar IOS Partners, LP. The industrial outdoor storage (“IOS”) venture is exclusively for, and in collaboration with, UBS Asset Management’s Multi-Manager Real Estate business.
Miramar IOS Partners will seek to acquire, develop, manage and lease high-quality, infill IOS real estate in high-growth markets across the southwestern and southeastern US, taking advantage of the supply and demand conditions in the US industrial sector at a time where dislocated capital markets are enhancing the investment opportunity with compelling valuations.
