Miramar Capital Advisors is pleased to announce the acquisition of South Maple Townhomes, a newly constructed, stabilized 97-unit build-to-rent community in Lebanon, TN. As part of the transaction, Miramar also acquired 103 finished lots for future development. Miramar is expanding its presence in the BTR space, focusing on newer vintage below replacement cost as well as development sites.
