Miramar IOS Partners has closed on the acquisition of a 15.6-acre stabilized IOS property in Lithonia, GA. The property is located in an industrial corridor approximately 20 miles east of the Atlanta CBD. The site serves as the headquarters for CS Truck & Trailer (subsidiary of Epika Fleet Services), a national provider of fleet maintenance and repair services.
