Mr. Gomez is a Senior Associate of Miramar Capital primarily focused on acquisitions and asset management.
Prior to joining Miramar Capital, Mr. Gomez worked for Arc Capital Partners, an LA based real estate investment firm, on the acquisitions team underwriting value-add multifamily and mixed-use properties. Preceding his time at Arc, Mr. Gomez worked with Graymark Capital, a San Francisco based real estate investor, on the acquisition and asset management of value-add creative offices. Prior to Graymark, Mr. Gomez worked at Bank of America Merrill Lynch in commercial / corporate banking where he focused on relationship management, credit, and finance. Mr. Gomez was credit trained and worked on numerous deals with corporate companies in order to help structure credit facilities and cross-sell the banks commercial products.
Mr. Gomez completed his MBA at the University of Southern California, where he concentrated in commercial real estate finance and he received his B.A. in Finance and Entrepreneurship (Cum Laude) from the University of Arizona. He also served on the board of the Association of Latino Professionals for America (ALPFA).
